SBC engine swap
« on: September 13, 2011, 11:01:42 PM »
Well, our G20 caught on fire, leaving me with a TBI 350 and tranny (700R4?) for my '84 El Camino.  Has anyone ever installed a TBI anything into a carbureted vehicle?  I don't mess with fuel injection, but I want it this time, and have no clue how to wire this up.....  Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated!  Thanks.

I retrofitted 4.3 Chevy TBI on 4.2 Jeep engine.  http://howellefi.com/ makes also kits and there is tons of information on the internet on similar installations.
Give them a call, they may be able to help you.
