'Rediculous' heat- Rest in Peace
« on: September 15, 2011, 02:45:49 AM »
63 days of 100's plus beat the previous rediculously hot 1980 record this year. Hottest July ever here.

Today is predicted in the 60's for highs, We likely  might have  had our high at midnight.102/103 set a date record two days ago; July hottest ever on record. A few days  of [hopefully] drought releiving rain predicted this week; Good riddance HOT!

Send that warmth over here mate, I wanna go for a ride! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Absolutely, Mate!  And remind me to true up the rim on my bicycle. When drybraking hard rear tire hits a skid near the warp. In the wet I wil probably lose the back end and end up on my butt. Still waiting to see if it actually rains...

Ick. I can only imagine how nasty that water is with the reduced water flow and the increased usage due to the hot weather.

Thanks for your efforts Treef, yesterday was a beautiful day, warm and sunny, and today is supposed to be similar, so it's "Ride Day". Woohoo! Cheers, Terry. ;D

Geezus! Nothing like that here Mick, probably 17 or 18 at the moment with a top of 21, from memory? The term "Stormy" in Queensland is enough to frighten grown men, considering it's recent history.........   :o
