I hope you guys don't feel I fall into that category I have been lurking here for two years as a member became active with posting only about 6 months ago but I have received a lot of information and manuals and such from the forum also I have access to an antique sohc junk yard and as hondaman will tell you I can get you many rare and hard to find parts I do not normally sell parts but I wanted to give back and since I have found no other way that the people of the forum seem to be interested in I started trying to fill the needs of some of the members for parts they can't find or that I can get for them but other than a lack of time I will not be leaving the forum unless my health makes it so my tired nerve damaged hands can no longer press the keys on my keyboard (working on voice command)

working on the photo thing unfortunately my favorite 74 550 is pretty ratty looking right now have not truly settled on a paint scheme yet and can't decide if I am going to keep my handmade exhaust system which is presently black or if I am going to strip it and nickel plate it and then wire brush it (looks like stainless) or if I am going to put a chrome exhaust on I picked up the other day and then there is the fact that I was on the highway the other day and accidentaly hit the ton up while merging and of course the damn side cover blew off only to be destroyed by a semi

I know I dont have a lot of posts, but I do try to post something revelant to the subject or pose a good question. I've seen a LOT of (reply) posts that are unproductive like beating down a guy for suggesting trying something new....sooo I dont think the number of posts are a good indicator of a persons character......just my opinion.

Dave I have had 5 chains in the last 2 years they get to a point where they are so stretched or worn that they will start to wear the sprockets which I have bought the hardest I can find I am thoroughly vexed by this problem
The other problem I have with it is it eats condensers like candy the stock ones last about a week and the car ones that I use instead last about a month it sure runs pretty when they are new uses 110 mains and 40 slows foam filter
But since you folks are my peers and I seem to have been accepted around here I will attempt to get a photo or two together but I will need help to figure out how to upload them sizing of photos I can handle would just need to know what size they need to be

Your absolutly right Eddie.  I feel that " NEWBEE'S "  ( NEW BLOOD )  are great for this website.  It's a good feeling to converse, teach, and learn form new members.  Sure there's gonna be some strange one's but thats what make's it more interesting.  As for selling or buying parts or bikes,
always use PAYPAL or C.O.D.  You are covered that way incase of a shady seller or buyer.
I myself had a great transaction with a brother from down under " RETRO ROCKET "   : )

PS.  I have a bridge in Brooklyn for sale if anyone is interested.    ;)

As long as I don't read that guy gave me the stiffie or he felt me up or a brimmer, then you might be ok!
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

I have successfully traded an exhaust system for a centerstand and purchased two chainguards for my 750K1 from members of this forum.

The only issue I have is people who have parts or bikes for sale should list them in "Bikes & Parts For Sale" forum, similarly if they are looking for parts to list them in the "Bikes & Parts Wanted" forum, not in the Tech Forums.  A couple of times I have seen people looking for a part which is listed in the for sale forum, and vice versa ( ::).

With respect to post counts  it does not really matter to me .... if you don't treat me well I know where to find you, at least PayPal does  ::)
