I can't speak to the temperature range but as far as everything else goes, it would help a lot to have some more specifics about your bike, as in, what exhaust set up are you running, what intake system (pods or stock airbox, and new filter?), and what other modifications have you done (ignition system, engine bore, cam, etc). Also, what are your other carburetor settings--what size pilots, what position are the needles in, where are your airscrews set, have you checked float levels, and have you thoroughly cleaned the carbs, including taking out the long needle jet underneath the main jet and clearing all the tiny holes in it that get gummed up...
If your bike is all stock, your mains might be too big, as the stock mains are #75, and pilot jets are 35. Also, the airscrew should be set at around 7/8 turns out from seated.
Also, have you checked to ensure you're firing on all 4 cylinders? Are they all equally hot? Could have a bad connection at the coils somewhere.
Other things to check is your timing, along with making sure the advance mechanism is operating smoothly and freely.
Come to think of it, have you done the full 3,000 mile tune-up, including checking your valve clearances and tensioning the cam chain? Need more info in order to help ya!
