Thinking about wrapping the headers. Any idea how much wrap I'll actually need?

50 feet is just enough, be careful or you will have to order another 25 foot roll to finish 1/2 a pipe.  I have had good luck getting the warp off eBay at 1/2 what a local shop charges.

My 550 4-1 took over 50 feet.  Play it safe and get 100 feet, you don't want to run out and its not that expensive.

When you install, get it wet, I soak it in a bucket of water, and pull really hard.  I also wear latex gloves to keep the fiberglass out from between my fingers.

+1 for gloves, fiberglass will get all over you.  Getting it wet is definitely the way to go as well.

I'm seeing some 2"x100' rolls on ebay for as low as $20. That worries me a little. Is there any particular brand or seller you use? DEI is the name brand but they're double the cost.

I got mine at NAPA for 30 a roll, 50' per roll.  I got the khaki ad it has held up fine so far. Not sure what the brand was.

One side done. I've got enough to to do the inner pipe on the right side but not enough to complete the job :( not bad for my first try. I pulled the best I could. Will it shrink a little after it drys?
