Topic: Forming North meets South SOHC Club S. Wisconsin / N. Illinois.

I am looking for serious riders to form a club in the Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois area. Planning a big club ride ( a real one) for this summer. Music , food, tech support and whatever.

It appears that I have had a bunch of reads but no replys on this subject. I know there is interest because I have been asked to do just such a thing. I just think it would be cool to start an old vintage Honda club.

I don't know how active Craigslist is in your area, but we built almost our entire Denver Rusted Nuts group from postings on that website alone.  It's definitely worth a shot considering it's free.

Just working through the details. I will use Anubis Cycle to sponsor the club and club rides as well as an easy way for people to pay money associated with stuff. As well as buy club gear if they wanted to. Mainly the money coming in would go to pay for the logistics and the website. Yes a club website. One that is a bit like the forum here, but just for the club.

I will be running the first few adds shortly here. I would liek to see a ridership that is around 30-50 people at first. Huge clubs have major logistic issues with finding space for stops.

I'm in!!! Another one in Milwaukee here...I'll keep checking the threads for dates and times. We should actually look into posting this in the motorcycle section of Craigslist...that's where I found my Baby!!!
