I agree with both of you.  The fairing looks kind of enduro ish, but I just have it on there right now.  It will lower.  Actually looks better in person.  I am going to round off the fender.

Has anyone had to inclose all of the wires that were in the bucket?  What did you use?

You could use heat shrink tubing should work but it might be a tight fit getting all the wires in there. Im sure someone else will give a suggestion..

I've used a braid type of sheathing that works like a Chinese finger toy. It expands when you compress it to go over the wires and then you pull it tight and tape off the ends. Works great.

Comes in different sizes. Black or stainless braid.

Sorry, had to take a second look at your fairing. Its got the headlight already mounted, so I think your question is how to gather & hold the wires in place behind the headlight. If this is the case; I would try to tie wrap the wires together and have them as far out of the way as possible (check wires while moving handlebars side to side). If you're looking for a more finished look; it would be good to have a photo or two behind the fairing and maybe how your final position will be.

Let me know if I went south on this & you're thinking of something else.

I haven't posted for a while as I had some carb issues, then tried out some pods that I decided was too much work to dial in.  Outside of finding a muffler and covering the seat, the bike is pretty much done.  I'll post a shot of it soon, but thought I would show the 4 into 1 headers I bought from member Midwest Mafia.  They cleaned up very nicely and were just what I was looking for.

Hopefully, this time next week I'll be tooling it around.  But this bike is TOO SMALL for me.

Outside of a couple of tune-up issues, I am pretty much done with this one.









Some will not care for the red seat, but that is easy enough to change.  Or the 1959 Chevy taillight.  This has been a fun deal and it may be something of a bastard child between cafe and .... I don't know; I haven't cut anything up that a future owner may want to restore to original.  Except a bad fender and a gross seat.  At any rate, I kind of like it.

Now I want to find a 900F, black and orange,  or 1100 Midnight Special.
