Hi all

Hey there,

As an official noob on the forum I figured I'd follow etiquette for once and introduce myself.... Here we go:

I'm 33 years old, from Holland and I've just bought my first Honda CB500. I used to ride offroad (KTM530) but was forced to find myself another hobby after having surgery on my back.. Whilst recovering from that I was ploughing through the web looking for good stuff and came across some cafe racers...

So, now that I'm back on my feet bought a 74 CB500f which has some interesting custom features on it... To put it differently, it needs a lot of help... So that'll be my task for the next months... Saw some amazing stuff already which I might attempt, so expect a lot of stupid questions coming your way..  ;D

See you out there!
Niels

Welcome Niels

No such thing as stupid questions here (well, don't ask about oil... ;D ;D) and if you browse the threads, youll find a lot of good info.  We love photos & please sign up on the 500 registry too.  Cheers.

Hi Niels.

Quite a few Nederlanders on here (I'm sure they'll be along soon)

Check out the UK bunch at www.sohc.co.uk (use the same username so that we recognise you)
