Topic: 550 cam in 650??

New to the site. Just picked up a 78' 550F motor for a monoshock bobber im building. My plan is this:
672cc
650 head
550 rocker cover
550 bottom end

now, does the 550 cam fit right into the 650 head??? if not, how do you convert the 650 cam into the 550 style chain?? thanks a million!

They wil interchange but the 550 cam is les lift.
