I dont know what they weigh but I picked one up about three years ago and set it on a worktop. Its still there and I dont think I am man enough to move it.
Setting the frame on the motor is not that bad. remove the exhaust spiggots, the top thing on the valve cover (I think), oil filter housing, and of course all the motor mount plates. You will HAVE TO HAVE a impact driver to get those studs out on the exhaust, I am sure Derrick has one ?? If not, I do.
I think I would just pull the wheels, seat etc, easy stuff. the front end is going to require quite a bit to get off. with two guys it should be manageable with the forks on it. try not to damage the points cover. Good luck and watch your fingers.
