To buy or not to buy 72 cb500
« on: October 04, 2011, 02:27:41 PM »
I have an chance to buy a 72 500 for $300.00  8)
Money is a bit tight but I can do it, but the question is should I?
I have an FZR 600 that needs fixed, the 550 racer project, and a 500 that needs various bits.
There is always the option of fixing it up and selling, but from past experience I never seem to get around to the selling part :o
Help me make up my mind SOHC brothers!  :-\

Buy It!  If you don't you will keep kicking yourself for letting it get by you.

At least buy the 500!  If he's asking 300, would he maybe take a little less?  Is it nice cosmetically?  You could always stash it away for a brighter day if you've got space.

I think I'm going to get it. He'll be back in town in 10 days. I wish I had enough for the Guzzi too.

Do it before I do, neighbor. lol If you want a 550f instead, I might have one of those for sale ;D After all, I need some cash flow before I track down that Guzzi. haha
