Yeah, I third or fourth, pics or I don't believe any of this happened.
This whole episode could be made up until I am sated with pictures.

Sorry for the crappy pics. I literally only took them for you guys. I was ready to drive home.

The "not quite as perfect looking as the pictures I saw kawasaki drag bike" (looked awesome from the old pics I saw)

The aluminum CB750 drag race frame

Someone call the police! I found a serial killers graveyard! (this was outside..in the elements...for 2 years according to him. He originally told me they were all in great condition)

Just place a tombstone at the head of each one, say a prayer, and leave some flowers.

Yep. If they were sandcasts i would have taken them anyway. I think the lowest one was CB750E 101XXXX

I did my reasearch before I went. I know the numbers, and even if you covered the numbers up, I would be able to tell if they were sandcasts. Trust me, they were all diecasts.

So they were protected! ;D

That reminds me of a '71 VW bus I bought in Austin in '94.  It had been sitting for a few years, but I got it running at the guy's house and drove it about 15 miles home.  A couple of days later I dropped the engine and pulled off the exhaust to replace it and found several dead geckos and one still alive!  I kept it as a pet for a couple of years because I figured it had to be good luck. :)

Don't even get me started.
From taking the day off of work (unpaid), and the gas it took to drive 11 hours roundtrip, the food, and the $300 I blew at the casino drowning my sorrows, I'm already out more than the agreed purchase price. >:(

Me too I'd buy ya beer for all the fun you provided.

You should have given him a swift kick in the "nads" for treating those engines like that.

I would have givin him a couple of hundred for the Kawi drag bike.

I asked about the kawi, and he turned into Charlton Heston. That's his baby.

I don't know whether to feel bad for the old guy, or be pissed off for wasting my time.
Oh well 2 out of 3 ain't bad!

Who wants to see pics of the Ducati 916 I bought for $4,500?

Am I wrong or does that Kawi drag bike have a blower? I'm not able to really tell from the picture but it sure looks possible.
