I emailed them as I was thinking of buying one. The more expensive one is hand bent and the cheaper one is machine bend. I have no idea the difference besides that.. I asked for pictures but they didn't send any.

Let's hope somebody could help us with this.

I was a bit worried about that, but why would they manufacture the pipes without a mounting tab???  Since the pipe is chromed, welding one on would make a mess I would think...  Maybe I can use some sort of hanger strap.  This exhaust is a good 7lbs lighter than the stock pipes, though.  But I agree I may be asking for trouble.  The OMT pipes that look just like these have a mounting tab for the rear, and they probably weigh about the same.

Probably going to need pretty big main jets with the new baffle?
Your going to need a rear mount, the pipes will crack ahead of collector without one.
It will need to be able to flex very slightly though

Ideas for the rear mount? 

I'm running 95's now, but may need to go bigger.   Carbs are bored as well, and porting is being done as we speak...  I'll start with the 95's though and go from there...

Just get some lightweight flat bar/steel strap, stainless if available, and bend it arround the back end so that you can bolt a straight piece between the clamp and the frame somewher (top shock mount?)

Take a look at modern sport bike exhaust hangers.
 They use a high temp silicon 'damper' and slotted stainless steel band clamp.
 You should be able to mount to original bracket or rear of frame?
