Plug wire length

Can anyone tell me if the stock plug wires on a cb750 have enough length to allow the coils to be slid rearward approx. 1"?

pull your tank undo a coil and see if you can move it back the amount you want, I can't see any reason why they wouldn't reach.

I don't have the engine in the frame. The engine is with Hondaman in CO. With the bike totally apart I have no way of checking the plug wire length. Therefore i posted the question. Perhaps someone could look at there bike an tell if there is an inch or so available slack in the plug wires?
