clutch cable routing CB750K6
« on: March 23, 2019, 10:25:11 AM »
Hello.  Do I have this clutch cable routed correctly?  Seems it should not be in front of the speedometer, or is this normal?  It's not an OEM cable, I don't think.  CB750K6.  Thanks.

FYI, I am asking questions on this forum instead of facebook because this can be searched by others for years to come, and the posts come up in google searches.

Looks good, however the cable should be on the front side of the down tube, which will get rid of that twist by the neck.

Agreed..... in your photo #3, I try to get it to run down the space in front of the two thru’ bolts, holding the triangle engine plate. You can hide a zip tie there, so it can’t move. Keeps the cable cooler too, if it’s out front.

Thanks guys.  Just wish it wasn't going in front of the speedometer.
