KC, My own opinion mind you, I think the fairing looks good. I kinda wish you had a painted
front fender. To me, the chrome front fender throws the look off. You've done a great job of
turning your bike around from that $200 ratty looking 750, into a great looking machine. What do
you think about what I said concerning the front fender? You know that I'm just making
recommendations as I see them, right? Of course it's your bike & your decision. Keep up the good
     work. Later on,   Bill

I had thought about getting one of those fiberglass/plastic fenders and painting it to match.........just wasnt sure about the fit of them. I know I would have to mod it to use the stock fender brace. I think it would look better. Just need to clean up the engine covers and repaint the black on them to even it out.......from all the green. Would also like to lose the gaiters but Im afraid of what the forks look like under them. The right headlite ear has some severe rust on the backside. Will have to try and find some decent forks, polish them and do the swap. Maybe do the Goldwing swap and gain dual discs.

Will snap some pics of it after I mount the rear wheel/tire tomorrow........but it is supposed to rain all day. :'(

My 4cents......

Ditch the fairing, ditch the gators, and ditch the front fender.
I think your bike looks 200 times better in your Avitar than it does with the
fairing on it. It does look better painted, but I am just not a fan of it.
And while you are at it, paint up some bold black scallops to offset all that GREEN

Green bikes are unlucky evil, but that it just an old wives tale.  ;)

Green is for Geckos Mate  8)

I would have gone for something totally trick

A solid color fails to make a statement unles that is serious metalflake that cant be seen in the photo.

KC, No doubt about it, you've got a great looking bike and the front end ideas you're talking
about should do nothing but add to those looks. We'll be looking for those progress reports. Great
       Job KC.Later on, Bill :) ;)

When I re-do the bike this winter I might get a tribal paint job on it. I always liked the choppers painted with the tribal theme.

Maybe some sort of two-tone deal, like using a oldschool original "HOnda" tank design
or something. If you are gonna stay with the green , I would def. use black as a contrast.
Then it will go with the frame, tires, etc....
