Banjo bolt into caliper CB750 F1
« on: October 20, 2011, 04:36:36 PM »
I decided to get SS braided lines straight from my master cylinder to the calipers (dual disc). What size banjo bolt fits into the caliper? Is it a 10 mm x 1.25 or 12 mm x 1.25?

Far as I know all banjo bolts/fittings excluding the bleed screw are 10x1.25. At least mine were.

There is one also that screws directly in without a banjo. 10x1.25

Be sure to remove the steel flare seat from the caliper before you try to fit a banjo bolt, and make sure the bolt will thread in deep enough to tighten down on the copper crush-rings before bottoming out. I had to grind a bit off the end of the shortest banjo bolt I had on a K7 caliper.
