def keep it stock. i love cafe and "street rod" bike just as much as the next guy, but this is waaaayyy to nice. restore it and park it. buy another bike to ride :) my 2 cents

Nm the chop-it-up suggestion, restore it and sell it. Here in the Netherlands you could sell a perfectly restored bike like that for 6k in euro's. That's nearly 7,500 bucks!
