I have gotten the carbs back together, but I am having a lot of trouble getting on the rear stay plate on. When ever I do finally get it on, either the choke shafts or the throttle shaft tightens up and does not rotate freely. Has anyone had this problem before? I am looking for any tips or information on how to get them back together with the stay plate and rear stay bar on, while still allowing the choke shafts and throttle shaft to move freely.
