You could buy one from Yamiya.  Easy but expensive.

...you got that right!! 131 $ is to much expensive!

The only other option is to keep an eye out for the later model locking variant that was issued during a recall.Even though it 'locks' any key will work. They are sronger.Maybe someone here has one or the other to help a brother. We are talking a 750 K model, correct ?

Looks like a good metal carving project for the wintertime. ;) It could be made by hand tools, except drilling the pin hole.
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!

Picasoo, here is what I did;
 Drill out the end of the rivet(back end of cap), then pull rivet out. Now the cap will open.
 To close, replace rivet, push broken latch under it, press cap down..

I was thinking in that way, but that's gonna be final solution-if I can not find another clutch!!

Today I'm gonna visit a welder. He's gonna try to put all together again...
I hope that's gonna hold out!?

Ship it to Jim F in Dacula, GA.  I'd bet he can fix it well, and reasonably.

It's too far away bro!

Today we try to weld it, but no success  :(
With my finance here in Serbia is to tough to order from USA or another country  :-\
I must find some another (cheaper) way
So, I'm gonna try to make it with some other material...
I will put pic's here...!

Thanks all for reply!

 Just use a good grade of aluminum, a few hours with saw, file and beer and you will be done...
