Guess who just turned up at Hush's place?
« on: October 19, 2011, 07:40:19 pm »
About 300 miles off course and smelling suspiciously of old SOHC4 Hondas!
Yes Godzilla has finally made it to the colonies, charming little fellah he jumps out of the box and demands to see a SOHC4 before he'll stay the night.
Gotta say it's like holding a little piece of history, all those miles on all those bikes across highways and interstates wow just blows me away.
All the signatures of guys on the banner, some I know by their handle and many I do not, the log book with so many members travels is a collectable on it's own.
As GZ is a little off track I will get him up to my first rider so he can start his great New Zealand adventure.
I feel like I'm part of some amazing event that has touched so many lives already, very humbling :)...Hush.
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

"smelling suspiciously of old SOHC4 Hondas!"

Haha, that's hilarious ;D ;D  It is great news he  made it there, technically NZ is the second colony he's been to ;)!   But you're right, who knew such a small plastic lizard would have this kind of strange impact on the world  :)

Seriously, sort of, Hush, you're now officially part of the SOHC4 "lizard brotherhood" & the first step in spreading it to the rest of the world, us North Americans have hogged him all year, it was time to let him move on, our turn may come again  ;)   Humbling in some weird way, very true, enjoy it  & ride on!

Woohoo! Great news from down under!! ;D ;D Hush, time for a pic of GZ with you in it, too. ;)
Scunny, the logbook isn't that big; the folded up banner takes up more space.

I think he's in hibernation, been here a week now and he's not keen on moving until I put a SOHC4 under him, weather is crud, gusty winds, not ideal bike weather at all!
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!
