Well from the emails I'm reading it looks like Godzilla is about to be seeing some of NZ, guess the guys have been too busy to post anything on here but from their messages I think we may need to rename to NZ leg "The Fish'n Chip Run" as there seems to be a pattern of communal eating as they link up. ;D

Quote: Heres the plan
Next sunday morning ( 6th Nov )  4 of us head for Reinga .
We Camp at Reinga and head for Mangonui Fish and chip for lunch  1.00 pm.
We camp at Doc camp near Wiapapa Mon Nite
Tuesday we head home to Mangawhai
Thursday i take Th Gz down to Auckland for Waiheke  guys
.

I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

Nah the guys are riding right now, way up North around Kerikeri way (Google earth it).
Godzilla is moving be it slowly but now he has some impetus I expect him to really take off.

From the first two official riders in New Zealand:

Hi Rick, all going well Wayne and a few mates will be heading off Sunday morning bound for the Cape. I will meet him at the Mangonui Fish Shop on Monday then will join him for a short time and escort Godzilla to Kerikeri on my CB750... Watch this space.

Yeah Mick, I wanted to post them on the "Riders Logs" but as it's not my leg I felt maybe I would just update the NZ thread. :)

Actually I'm not sure, I have been trying to keep up with site handles and real names but have reverted to the RL as I was sending emails to the wrong guys.
I've got Onagd up North, Shortshins in Wellington and Scunny in the South Island and three other riders somewhere in between whose handles I can't remember.
I hope the Aussies are ready for all this confusion. ;D
I'm just glad GZ is rolling through the country finally. :)

Hi all, mark Hillier here. My SOHC/4 forum name is Bridge Recording and my ride is a red CB750 K4.  I was briefly involved with the Northland NZ leg of the tour but looking back at some of the earlier posts this has become somewhat confusing...  I will update my photos and write an outline of my part in all the fun soon, cheers, Mark.
