Messing with her on Sunday I found out she likes full choke to idle when cold. Interesting, all the cold start posts here I read talk about choke only to start.
Anyway, it worked for me again this morning, there may be something to it.

Change your air filter, it sounds like it's blocked.

Its coming. It has pods and I am building new air filter housing to replace them.

I think she is rejeted. When I used jets from a carb rebuild kit, there was a strong hesitation around 3000 rpm, thats why I run jets that were in it when I got it.
