Hey all.
Just scored my first CB750 - 1975 CB750F to be exact.
I've restored older Honda motorcycles before - unfortunately I even chopped one before. They were all smaller bikes, and the most recent was a CB500T.
I'm not new to riding or Honda antics, but I'm new to the 750 scene. Can't believe how big this thing is... It went from a barn to a garage, and sometime during it's life someone really treated it like crap. Someone with 0 skills really bastardized the bike... luckily, I've torn it down to the frame, found that the metal will still polish, and plan to rebuild EVERYTHING. Should be fun. First order of business is to get it to the roller stage... this will require pressing out the rear axle, damn thing is frozen solid... then it's an engine rebuild, and on to fun things like figuring out a tank to swap - would love a K tank, but it looks shorter than the F tank... oh well.
I checked out a bunch of stuff on the forum already and it looks like it'll be a solid go-to... thanks in advance for that!
