8.5 inch wide !! Comstar !!

 Saw this in Canadian Biker, I think..
 A guy in Calgary , cafe'd a CB 650. He widened the rear wheel to 8.5 inches and runs a wider front rim I believe. Not sure if he would do more said it was tricky.
 Apparently part of the cross section is hollow, was not aware of that.
 I know Kosman does widening for around 450 bux, be good if someon in Canada did them.

Are you sure Frank,?  That would put the chain line out by a country mile.....

 He moved out the c-sprocket by 1.75 inches..using outboard support..

That would come close to having the chain outside the frame.....

Yes he widened the frame,

 Trillion industries Calgary is the name..finally remembered it..
 very capable builder, we should invite him to join here, but i think he is waaayyy too busy..
