Connector help for 78' CB750F harness
« on: November 01, 2011, 02:07:27 PM »
Hello,

Im not @ the garage Im building my bike in. Im down to the wiring. The motor was built by Ken at CycleX.  The only issue is is there is no connector coming off the harness. I have to wire one on. The only problem is that they did not save the old connector.  Im trying to find out what connector is used as Z1 stocks tons of them that I can just wire in or get a new male/femal for both ends just not sure how many wires to get. Its the connector that plugs the motor into the harness. Im not sure what other info is needed, Im running a dynaS (i know mixed feelings) and its an 836 though I dont think it matters.  Any direction would be invaluably helpful as the garage is nearly 2hrs from here. Ideally Id like to order a clip and a rear master rebuild and have them overnighted and be riding by the weekend.

Thanks for any help.

Dan

One of kits should be able to match just about any configuration you could need.
