Mystery Fairing
« on: November 02, 2011, 02:35:35 PM »
Here is a picture of a fairing I picked up yesterday.  The odd thing about it is the material it is made out of.  It is fiberglass, but the white outside is a leather-type covering.  Can anyone ID this?

Looks like an old Wixom fairing.  Thats not leather, it's called pleather, which means plastic leather.  Or if could just be textured jell coat.
