This:  http://www.siriusconinc.com/pro-detail.php?pid=&product_id=344  I have 5 (don't ask...) master cylinder cores I'm going to rebuild.  Anyone used one of these kits?  Good?  Not good?

edit:  One thing I do notice (or don't notice) is that little clip that holds the rubber boot on..

As I read the ad it is the genuine Honda part number 45530-377-305 that they are selling, which would be great at $19.
However, that's about $10 less than I see that kit elsewhere and that makes me wonder if it really is a genuine Honda part.
I have ordered stuff from SCI and gotten good parts and service.

Why don't you shoot them an email and ask them if the kit is genuine Honda?

Do you have a copy of the Honda Shop Manual or Parts List for your bike? Get one here:

Good point.  I never even looked at the part number, I just assumed it was aftermarket at that price.  I can live with that if they won't leak...

I had an issue with one. I wrote more about it in my 350f thread but the jist of it was that there was some machining slag left on the plunger. I didn't notice it when I was assembling the MC. It ended up leaking/ wouldn't bleed completely. I ended up replacing it with a genuine honda kit. I'll be going with OEM from now on.

Was that a K&L?

No, it was SCI.

I've never heard anything bad about K&L. I want to say I once heard they are an oem supplier.
