It was on the bike when I got it. 16" aluminum, not sure who makes it or where it came from.

Anybody recognizes it?

Henry Abe. It should have "HA IND" or something simular cast in it.

Found Japan casted and 10-22 stamped on it but nothing else. The tire is still on, but I don't really expect any markings under it.

Those wheels are typically called "star" wheels. Snowflakes were made by Kimtab:
