CB650 Custom automatic fuel valve

I take it you're neither supposed to be able to suck gas out of the vacuum tube that's connected to carb #2 nor see gas streaming out of the vent tube.  From what I've been reading, the prevailing thought is to disconnect it.  That's how mine is now.  Anyone found a rebuild kit for these anywhere?
