Hello from NW Colorado!
« on: January 06, 2012, 09:32:14 PM »
Greetings,

New to this outfit but had my first encounter with Honda SOHC's when my dad bought a new CB750 K1 back in 1971.  He rode it for three years and then gave it to me when he bought a K4.  We had a blast on those two machines.  Mine was my main transportation during my high school and college days.  Alas, I sold it and had a few other bikes over the years since, but none had that old CB charm that K1 had. Then a little over a year ago I spotted an old bike for sale as I was headed to work.  It was a Honda Four!  I stopped and found it was a 1976 CB750F1.  It showed 11,000 miles on the odometer and had not been run for years.  I picked it up cheap and had it running by my second day off!  It is not running perfect yet, but it is running and I used it as my commuter to work all last year.  Found this site while looking for info and parts for the 750.  Great site!
