Everyone's going front fender-less, and I need one!
« on: May 17, 2006, 07:43:19 PM »
Hey guys, I need a front fender for my K2, anyone got a good one? Doesn't have to be mint, but anything in reasonable shape would be great? I'm happy to pay a fair price, and of course shipping to Oz? Lemme know guys, thanks in advance, Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I just got a nice rear fender from  boulderbikeworks.com.  I just sent them an e-mail, I don't know if they have a website. I got them off of Ebay- I kept missing losing auctions so I just wrote them and asked if they had a fender they'd sell me. Might work for you...
Dude- your 8 layers are showing!

Thanks Ben, I've fot a couple of F1 fenders and a later K3 - K6 front fender, but the K0-K2 has a different bracket sadly, and you can't just take the rivets outta one and use it in the other, due to the rivet spacing. (not to mention that I threw the old one away anyway..........) Thanks anyway mate! Cheers, Terry. ;D
