Marco Simoncelli charity memorial sticker
« on: October 27, 2011, 03:32:54 AM »
Marco was one of my favourite riders and his untimely death at Sepang was heartbreaking. I decided to make a 58 sticker for my car to show my support for Marco, his family and friends. After discussions with a fellow fan, he suggested I sell these for charity in memory of Marco and so that's exactly what I'm doing. To be clear, 100% of the profit from these goes to charity, I am giving my time and materials to make them so we can honour our fallen friend and also do some good for motorcycle racing in his name.

100% of the profit will go to the Rob Vine Fund to support Motorsport Medical Services in Marco's name. (http://www.mms.org.im/robvinefund/)

It would be fantastic to raise a significant sum of money for MMS to help provide medical/rescue equipment and training for all doctors, paramedics and marshals involved in motorsport events on the Isle of Man, the Road Racing Capital of the World, so the price is set reasonably low but significant enough so that we can make a difference. We're currently runnig at about £250 so all extras are most welcome.

If you want a different sized sticker I'll also do these on a 100% charity basis. Contact me for details and costs. Why not buy several for your mates too?

Show your support for Marco's family, friends, colleagues and fellow fans - stick one of these on your car, bike, house, desk - wherever someone will see it and see you support a charity that does amazing work to help injured motorcycle racers. Thanks for your generosity, thanks for reading.

No worries Brian - they're back up there now so feel free to order as many as you like:-)

We're up to £1500 for the charity now which is awesome. I'd liek to try and get through Valencia selling these and aim for £2000, fingers crossed!
