Every time I click on the quote button, response shows in "quick reply" window..

Does this happen for anyone else?  The window that is up right now as I am looking at this is what I used to see when I replied to a post (all the smiley faces and fonts changes).  Not any more  ???  Anyone else?

I fished around in the settings but didn't see anything...

go into look and layout, toward the bottom, there is a quote option... not sure if that will help but give that a switch
