CBR900RR - WOW!
« on: November 12, 2011, 07:59:53 PM »
I grabbed this bike recently.  It's incredible.  I've never ridden a "crotch rocket" before.  It seems to me all the inputs for turning, accelerating and braking require more consideration.  High 10's in the quarter.  Turns on a dime.  Handily will throw the bike up on the front wheel.  Wow!

Suzuki GN400 - Ignition fixed!
03 KLR650 - Doesn't do anything very well but.. well.. does everything.

You will love the rush. I didn't have a 900RR, but I certainly would like one. I had a 600F4, which is not as quick as yours. But still, if you didn't have your head into the game, the bike could quickly overwhelm you. You have to stay sharp, if you are going to use it to it's intent. Loved it.....

I've had a CBR1000RR and a CBR400RR in my shed this year and my son has a CBR250RR for sale right now, fast does not do these bikes justice! :D
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

I would love to take one of them out for a "track day" and see if I could improve my lap times;they are frustrating to ride on the street in city traffic...every one always "seems" to go "too slow"...but that's what I always think...especially when they don't GO when the light turns GREEN !
75' CB400F/'bunch o' parts' & 81' CB125S modded to a 'CB200S'
I love the small ones too !
Do your BEST...nobody can take that away from you.
