Hey all from South Georgia
« on: November 13, 2011, 03:41:30 PM »
Wanted to say hey to everyone on the forums. I am currently working on a 1972 CB750 Bobber project. Presently its sitting mocked up waiting on CycleX to get around to sending me my parts. The Bobber now has a hard tail and a set of Harley Fat Bob tanks. Waiting on my seat, brackets and taillight right now. About to work on the rear fender and struts. A friend and I are going  to tear into the engine and do the rebuild ourselves. I have read and reread several of the topics on this forum and feel confident that there is more than enough knowledge and experience right here to help with any issues that I have.

I tried to start a thread in the project topic but it will not let me upload the thread or any pics. I may be limited to one post per day? If so, or if not, I will start a thread tomorrow with the build up and will include pics.

Welcome from the Lowcountry. I heard that after 5 posts you can upload pics. The site doesnt let big pics in so either resize the pics or use photobucket.Ive been wanting to go to Wild adventures for 20 years. is it worth a 5 hour drive?

So, the strategy is to lie to people you are asking for help?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!

Wild Adventures??? I live about two miles from there and have visited it once. But... not into the park personally. On the other hand, there are people around here that swear by it. I would pick a Saturday when they are having a concert that you would really love to hear and swing on down. They run them late at night so get you a NICE hotel in Valdosta... steer clear of Big 7, Motel 6, Briarwood or anything else you have never heard of. Run up to Exit 18 and pick one of the nice ones. It is worth the extra cost....
