78 CB750F spoke wheel conversion
« on: November 20, 2011, 09:18:51 PM »
I am wanting to do a spoke wheel conversion on a 78 cb750f cafe project. Sourcing the rims and spokes is a piece of cake. Does anyone out there make a hub set so i can utilize the factory brakes?

Possibly a clean set of good used O.E. factory Honda hubs from an earlier year ?!
75' CB400F/'bunch o' parts' & 81' CB125S modded to a 'CB200S'
I love the small ones too !

Just did the conversion on my 78F. You will need new forks and trees as well. 1975 or 76 CB750F rear hub for the rear. I used a complete 1975 GL1000 front end but you could use an earlier  CB750 front end. Its not an easy deal.
