I found this thread a week ago. It seemed to be the most definative yet confused thread on the subject
It took a while to realize some of the links to templets are broken, and some of the jps. when printed didn't really fit on my rotors that well. With no written sizing instructions, I got tired of wasting paper and carried forward on the thread.
I used the jpg above and as I stated when moved around and blown up 150% on a printer you get 3 pieces of paper and they fit like a dream
My tools.
No fancy rotating drill press. Just a small "sit on the counter press" with 4 $7.00 Titanium bits that I got at the hardware store.
I punched the start of all holes while paper templet was on and then removed it.
I used dish soap about 4 squirts per hole, in, out etc. I just held rotor in place with my hand.
Very happy with my new skill and the end result.

Perhaps a FAQ. I may have missed it but I found it a long search to locate on "drilled rotor pattern/templet".
I still couln't have even have done it without this forum though
