750K5 Instrument Panel Wiring Routing Question
« on: October 14, 2012, 07:39:57 AM »
On a 750K5 the indicator light sockets and bulbs plug into a tube (Item 3 below) that is held onto the indicator face (Item 7), by a spring clip (Item 4).  I'm trying to figure out if the wires to the bulb sockets are suppose to also be captivated by the spring clip (routed between the spring clip and Item 3).  I think probably not, but just checking.

No, the spring clip just holds the tube. The rubber socket holds the bulb in the tube.
