Clutch will not disengage
« on: December 01, 2011, 03:49:18 PM »
CB750 K3 went to take her out for a victory lap tonight as I just unclogged the master and installed new SS line and after I warmed her up I popped it in first and like barely any power . So I try rocking it back in forth in gear (with bike off) and the clutch will not fully disengage.   >:(  I can fully let go of the clutch and the bike will just sit there and NOT stall out (weird). If I give it enough it will slowly take off and but it isnt really shifting .  Last time I rode it I recall it not wanting to disengage but it would and I though I just had a bind in the cable or something . Is my clutch spent?   Also the e-start suddenly stopped working .

Check to make sure you have used up all the adjustment of the clutch, Readjust the clutch and recheck. Your clutch disc will adjust out a lot before it is TOTTALY gone..
