Any saftey switches?
« on: December 03, 2011, 09:06:36 am »
Ive got a 74 cb750. I cant get the starter engine running or any spark. Do you need to have the switches On the bars connected? Is there like a brake or clutch saftey switch?

Not sure with that year, but my '76 needs the clutch pulled in to start.

Joper,  howdy!

The answer to both your questions is pretty much yes, unless you jumper/bypass everything.

You can download the shop manual here:  http://www.honda4fun.com/man_officina/man_officina.html
It has a wiring diagram.
There are some color wiring diagrams available too with a little forum/Google searching.

You can also get the parts list here: http://www.honda4fun.com/spaccati/spaccati.html
