disc brake drill templates

hi,

looking for swept holes pattern in pdf file that will print to scale to use as a template.  search attempts have not yielded any results.

I had to print two pages and over lap them to get a full pattern. Quality drill bits and proper lube/coolant are essential. I ruined a bit early, changed lube and did all the rest of two rotors with the same bit. Carefully tape the pattern over the rotor and centerpunch the holes. If you are doing two for a dual disc, index them to the hub so the holes on both rotors will line up when finished. I did the first one then put the bolts through both hubs and transfered the holes with a transfer punch. Either de-burr the holes with a stone or turn them. I didn't chamfer the holes, there are arguments for and against.
