Pitch black in Oklahoma by 6:oo, same time zone, east  and further north in Chicago  it seemed like just after 5:00.

Here's a website with a map of current daylight.

Sunset at 4:40 today, we're a little south (20 minutes) of the 44th parallel.  Good news is the days start getting LONGER in about 2 weeks!

Sunset in Seattle is officially at 4:18pm, but the weak winter sun and our typical winter cloudcover makes it feel more like 3:30pm.

Sunrise is at 7:40am, but the same conditions apply as above.

We're at our earliest sunsets of the winter, and will start adding time in the afternoon on the 18th.  However, the sun will rise later each morning until January 3.
Take care,
David

Sunset is about 4:50, sunrise, last time there weren't clouds blocking it, about 7:50. I'm in a valley, with mountains both to the East and West. The high temps the last 3 days have been 37-38F.
