Divided my time when my daughter was growing up. Always made sure she came first. Now I am the primary babysitter for my grand daughter who just turned 3. Not a lot of garage time, but having a lot of fun. She will start pre-school next year so garage time will return. Enjoy them while they are young.
Wanted to add, the time I spent with my daughter when she was growing up has resulted in a great relationship. Even though we only live a few blocks apart, she calls me every day. She has a outrageous sense of humor and can make me laugh till I have tears in my eyes. The time spent not in the garage was an investment in the future. I am 62 now and plan to make the same investment in my grand daughter.
