A lot of things impressed me in that video, not the least of which was the durability of the helmet cam.  Good one, Andy.

Now if he had an ice axe he could have arrested himself as he was sliding down the mountain...but maybe not so practical to carry on a snowmobile - you pick up a LOT of speed sliding down snowy mountains and those rocks hurt when you hit them ;). He was pretty lucky all things considered.

You couldn't really tell it was that steep until things started to unravel.

WOW, great video! Was thinking the same thing, appeared to be a leisurely trail ride 'til they were tumbling downhill.

That guy is one lucky SOB! Hitting any of those rocks wouldv'e ended in tragedy. Cool vid though.
