Anybody have a '77-'78 CB550 cam shaft cover for sale or know where one might be available?
I've discovered my '74 CB550 has the dreaded elongated rocker shaft holes. I've installed the O-ring fix as described in other posts (can anybody confirm that this is actually effective at stopping shaft rotation in the cover?). Of course I know the damage to the cover has been done and wear on the cam and rockers will continue until I can replace it, but I thought I could at least stop the cover from wearing further until I can find a new one.
