Any time line yet ???

don in ohio
I have the engines disassembled and bead blasted the cases. 4 hours of bead blasting and days of removing RTV. Have to re engineer some things like the plates sealing the rear of the engines. Personally I believe the bike will be better than it ever was in the 70's.

Michael, I'll second that assessment miestro

Finally shipping - but to where? Forgot to ask.  ???
Pics of final assembly check prior to boxing it up.
Everything, except the disk, is shipping today/tomorrow.
Still gotta grind the disk but Russ can use as is for finishing the frame.
Need some "star" lock washers for the caliper and disk.  ;)
Gotta call Russ tonight to see where he wants it shipped to.  8)

Beautiful :) :) :)............Why the small tooth-count?

Must be matched to the rest of the gearing.
Original bike had a similar, if not the same size rear sprocket.
Anyway, that was the sprocket Russ provided to be used.
It originally had a very small bolt circle with very small bolts.
I machined it out to what I thought was more appropriate.

I should add, the business end of this wheel is pretty substantial.
