Harley but what year and version?
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

No it's on Trademe right now as part of a $6k deal with a CB750 DOHC, I have a harley mate would love to restore such an abused bike so wanted to know what model for him.
Wouldn't be a bad project either for me. ;D

Ha ha, I love Harleys but I have to agree with Fred, I had a 1984 Iron head sporty and it was a lovely thing, started first time every time, handled well and stopped as good as anything made in Japan at the time.

My mate Davey on the other hand had a 1979 XLH that must have been built late on a Friday, by the morning shift. He had all sorts of problems with it, but to be fair, it'd done a lot of miles.

I suppose the good thing is that there is so much in the way of after-market and genuine Harley parts available to make them much better than they were when they were new, and they are so simple to work on, even compared to an old SOHC4, and are great fun to ride.

I'd buy another one, but I want my old bike back, I sold it too early and I'm still suffering from separation anxiety.......... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)
