new guy from Phoenix
« on: December 18, 2011, 08:08:52 AM »
Hi folks, I joined because I love old bikes. I have an '81 Yamaha XS 650, an '84 Honda Goldwing Aspencade and a '76 CB 750. The CB is a project right now, but I did run across a Tracy cafe body for it. I have to do a little repair to the gas tank but my question refers to the location of the petcock. Mine is deadcenter of the bottom rear of the tank and hits the backbone just forward of the crossmember. Is this standard or do I have a racing fram variant? Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I can't make it work on my project, I'd like to sell it to someone on the forum.

I know he also made/setup bodies for the kz bikes too, I'd guess some others as well but I'm guessing. Could you post a pic or 2? ;)

And welcome to the forum!

Welcome. FuZZie is right,  Tracy made a few different kits. Google and see what kit you have I might be interested if it fits something I own. How about some pics.
