This isn't a stock horn for a CB400F is it?

That may be a Fiamme...very powerful Italian horn & it's best to run it w/ a relay.
75' CB400F/'bunch o' parts' & 81' CB125S modded to a 'CB200S'
  I love the small ones too !
Do your BEST...nobody can take that away from you.

run two of them if theyll fit,,i hate squeaky standard horns,that looks like a goodun.

I have 2 Fiamme's on my bike and they are louder than my car horn!!
The shape looks close, mine are black and are mounted differently though.

Nope!  Stock is Chrome and mounted forward of where this one is shown
